I will say that this decision to DEI is governing my decisions on whether and how much to spend with grocery stores, discount stores, hardware stores, and a certain ubiquitous online retailer. DEI simply put means including your people - being transparent, listening to them and treating them respectfully and equitably, and having a workforce diverse enough to share their unique perspectives— which also happen to reflect the opinions of your increasingly diverse customers needs at heart!
